- If you upgrade a NetMiner 4 Perpetual license, you can get NetMiner 5 Perpetual license and and NetMiner 4 valid until December 2025.

- If you upgrade to an Annual license, you can get NetMiner 5 license valid for the remaining period. and existing NetMiner 4 license will be automatically deactivated.
