NetMiner is licensed as a Single-User License, which permits one user to register and use the software on up to two devices.

* Any attempt by more than one individual to register and use the same license on separate devices constitutes a violation of the license terms and is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to change the registered device, please run NetMiner and select Help >> Registration >> De-register this device from the top menu to deactivate the license on the current device. You may then launch NetMiner on the new device and enter your existing license key to complete the registration.

Please note that if NetMiner is uninstalled or the device is formatted without first performing the de-registration procedure, the license will not be properly released. In such cases, you must contact us at netminer@cyram.com. We will reset all registered devices associated with your license so that you can re-register it on your preferred devices.
