                      after the duration of such enrollment or participation.</p>

                      Programs may only be installed and operated on not more 
                      than two (2) individual, standalone computers that Licensee 
                      owns or leases, provided (i) the Programs are only accessible 
                      to, and operated by, Licensee, and (ii) Licensee has provided 
                      machine-specific identification for such computers through 
                      the registration and activation process. Network installation 
                      and usage are strictly prohibited. Licensee may run multiple 
                      simultaneous Program sessions on not more than two (2) separate 
                      standalone computers.</p>
                    <p>(3) User<br>
                      <br>
                      Licensee, who is an enrolled student of a degree-granting 
                      educational institution or participating in a continuing 
                      education program at a degree-granting educational institution.</p>
                    <p>(4) Use<br>
                      <br>
                      The installation and use of the Program by Licensee for 
                      the purpose of meeting classroom requirements of courses 
                      and study offered by the degree-granting educational institution. 
                      Any other use is expressly prohibited.</p>
                    <p>&nbsp;</p>
                    <p>&nbsp;</p>
                    <p id="anchor2"><strong>Academic (as an Institution)</strong></p>
                    <p>(1) Licensee<br>
                      <br>
                      Licensee must be a degree-granting educational institution. 
                      Research and development divisions and centers of universities, 
                      government agencies and other not-for-profit organizations 
                      do not qualify for Academic Institution License.</p>
                    <p>(2) Installation<br>
                      <br>
                      There are two alternatives of installation: Designated User 
                      Installation and Designated Computer Installation. Licensee 
                      must choose between one of the two types of installation, 
                      not both. In either case, network installation and usage 
                      are strictly prohibited.<br>
                      <br>
                      a. Designated User Installation Type<br>
                      <br>
                      Programs may only be installed and operated on one or more 
                      individual, standalone computers, provided the Programs 
                      are only accessible to, and operated by, the Designated 
                      User for that License. Licensee may only designate one user 
                      access to or use of the Programs under each License. The 
                      locations of the standalone computers used by the Designated 
                      User to run the Programs are not limited; the computers 
                      may be located at work, home, or in a laboratory. A Designated 
                      User may run multiple simultaneous Program sessions on not 
                      more than two (2) separate standalone computers. <br>
                      <br>
                      b. Designated Computer Installation Type<br>
                      <br>
                      Licensee may install the Programs on a single, designated, 
                      standalone computer, provided the Programs are only operated 
                      from that computer&rsquo;s console by only one individual 
                      at any given time. </p>
                    <p>(3) User<br>
                      <br>
                      All enrolled students and employees (faculty and academic 
                      staff) of the Licensee who are authorized by Licensee to 
                      use the Programs. As used herein, &ldquo;employees&rdquo; 
                      excludes subcontractors and consultants of the Licensee.<br>
                      (4) Use<br>
                      <br>
                      The installation and use of the Programs by Licensed Users 
                      for the purpose of </p>
                    <ol>
                      <li>in the case of employees (faculty and academic staff), 
                        teaching, and noncommercial, academic research in their 
                        ordinary course as Licensee&rsquo;s employees; </li>
                      <li>in the case of enrolled students, meeting classroom 
                        requirements of courses and study offered by the Licensee. 
                      </li>
                    </ol>
                    <p>Any other use is expressly prohibited.</p>

                      and extra USB flashdrive-looking hardware license key is

                      key as is required for other type of license. CD package 
                      and the hardware key will be delivered by door-to-door express

                    <p>The various Licensing options of NetMiner 3 are designed 
                      in order for you to choose appropriate <strong><em>data 
                      size</em></strong> (number of nodes) within the budget. 
                      There are 5 levels of <strong>data size</strong>: <strong><em>Tiny, 
                      Small, Medium, Large</em></strong> and <strong><em>Huge</em></strong>. 
                      The maximum size of nodes at each level is as follows.</p>
                    <p> <strong><em>Tiny</em></strong>: 100<br>
                      <strong><em>Small</em></strong>: 1,000<br>
                      <strong><em>Medium</em></strong>: 10,000<br>
                      <strong><em>Large</em></strong>: 100,000<br>

                      3 depends on the system performance on which NetMiner 3

                    <li><strong>Single-User/Single-Computer License only</strong></li>
                    <p> The licensing policy of NetMiner 3 strictly prohibits 
                      <strong><em>Network Usage</em></strong>. Only Single-User 
                      License is available(for individual license and designated 
                      user installation case of institution license). And for 
                      using a single designated computer installation in case 
                      of institution license which permits multiple users, NetMiner 
                      3 should be installed on a single designated computer. </p>
